A Look Back at the Wine and Food Tasting Event on April 16
An evening of discovery!
With this first wine from the “Vouvray” appellation, Andrea chose to surprise our guests! Indeed, the Marc Brédif estate produces a still Vouvray.
Continuing with a play on textures centered around scallops and a bottle of Muscadet Sèvres et Maines, the briny notes served as the unifying element for this final aperitif.
A constant exchange!
Between renowned wines from prestigious appellations and dishes that were out of the ordinary, the exchange between the sommelier and the chef kept our guests engaged.
A gentle conclusion.
With a dessert featuring strawberries and rhubarb, the light, fruity notes of the Sancerre rosé allowed us to wrap up this lovely evening with yet another discovery.

Part One: "Wine Tasting"
What could be better than enjoying a tasting in a friendly atmosphere? Our guests had the chance to sample all the wines featured that evening—and more! With three tasting stations, they were able to learn more about the different wineries and the various vintages on offer.
A Custom-Designed Meal
The chef tailored his menu to the wines on offer! But don’t worry—the classics were there: foie gras, langoustine bisque, “Préparation à la Royale,” and more—everything was designed to delight the palate.
Wines for Everyone
With dry and sweet white wines, red wines, and sparkling wines, there was something for everyone!
